Karyn Mott aka Lil'Ginge currently calls Vancouver home but never forgets her prairie roots growing up in the rolling wheat fields of Alberta. Ginge was bitten hard by the acting bug at the tender age of 5 and has never looked back. Although small in stature this lil'Ginge packs a lot of energy, spunk and charisma with a full dose of truth and reality. Karyn carries with her her Bachelor of Fine Arts Acting program with distinction from the University of Alberta and her Theatre Studies Acting Diploma from Red Deer College.

Most recently she shot The Undertaker's Son  with Affolter Productions as part of the Crazy 8 Film Festival and can be seen as a regular on the Fox Tv Series Gracepoint as Detective Angela Schulz. Also catch her of Shut Eye, Supernatural, Rogue and in The Happy Face Killer  Karyn is a multi-facetted performer who is as comfortable performing a musical as she is performing classical works. She's got a humour unique all to her own and a smile always on her face... well unless the role and situation requires differently.

Ginge has worked across Western Canada with such companies as The Citadel Theatre, Alberta Theatre Projects, Freewill Shakespeare Festival, The Richmond Gateway Theatre, Chemanius Theatre Festival, Shadow Theatre, Real Wheels, and countless Fringe productions.
